Terry Buffalo has over 20 years’ experience serving in top leadership positions in the financial services industry with expertise in managing a hybrid FINRA broker-dealer and Registered Investment Advisor firm, institutional trading in high-yield bond and fixed income instruments, entrepreneurial efficacy and corporate restructuring. Prior to founding Buffalo Financial Solutions, Mr. Buffalo restructured the business model from a corporate to an independent structure with an emphasis on attracting brokers with established clientele. During his tenure with a hybrid broker-dealer/Registered Investment Advisor Mr. Buffalo increased the net profit to 7% in an industry where comparable peer returns averaged around negative 1.5%. Mr. Buffalo also expanded the firm’s overall assets from $400 million to more than $2 billion. Mr. Buffalo’s success in the financial services industry attracted the attention of several financial publications and whose interviews were subsequently featured including Boomer Market Advisor, Business Sight Magazine, Financial Advisor Magazine and NAIFA’s Advisor Today.
While serving on the Board of Directors for the American Cannabis Co., Mr. Buffalo made an explosive entrance into the cannabis industry by spearheading the company’s suitability filing for HB19-1090 thereby allowing public company ownership of a “plant-touching” business and securing multiple Operator Licenses for the company. Mr. Buffalo now serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the public company currently trading under the symbol (“AMMJ”) and is now becoming a frequently sought after business consultant by a variety of radio and podcast interviews such as MJ Bulls, The Big Biz Show, Stock Day Media, Linked Ventures Investor Spotlight and currently serves as an investor judge for the Investor Hot Seat.

Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operations Officer at American Cannabis Company, Tyler Schloesser brings his industry knowledge and breadth of experience in different areas of the business to bear in his position.
Coming from the banking industry, Mr. Schloesser chose to pursue a career in his passion, cannabis, after working for financial institutions such as Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank, and Credit Union of Colorado, where he gained ample experience in bank management as a Banker, Senior Banker, and in Member Relations. Working in the small business and retail banking industries has provided Mr. Schloesser with first-hand experience and understanding of the many startup and operational issues that cannabis businesses face. Mr. Schloesser functions at American Cannabis Company, Inc. primarily to develop and maintain policies, procedures, communications, processes, and risk mitigation best practices as well as manage and perform day-to-day internal operational tasks that are associated with keeping the engine of a public company running.
